How It Works
1. Choose Your Store
Select the grocery pickup location that works best for your rental address and arrival time.
2. Place Your Store Order
Place and pay for your grocery or supply order directly with the store. Please schedule your grocery pickup for 9:00 a.m. whenever possible.
3. Submit Your Arrival Request
Send us your pickup details, rental address, arrival time, access information, and placement notes.
4. Arrive Stocked & Ready
Once approved, we pick up your prepaid order, stock the rental, and send confirmation when the service is complete.
What We Can Stock
We can pick up and place a variety of pre-ordered, prepaid items, including:
Groceries
Fresh produce, breakfast items, snacks, pantry staples, and simple meal basics.
Drinks
Water, soda, juice, coffee, tea, sports drinks, and other approved non-alcoholic beverages.
Refrigerated & Frozen Items
Milk, eggs, meats, cheeses, frozen meals, ice cream, and other cold items.
Vacation Essentials
Paper goods, sunscreen, baby items, toiletries, beach snacks, and approved household supplies.
Special Arrival Touches
Welcome notes, birthday items, balloons, simple celebration touches, or other approved requests arranged in advance.

All requests are subject to availability, timing, property access.

Guests place and pay for their grocery order directly with the store, and we handle the pickup, delivery, and stocking before arrival.
How does Arrive Stocked work?
You choose your grocery store, place and pay for your order directly with the store, then book Arrive Stocked for pickup, delivery, and stocking. Once your order and property access are confirmed, we pick up your groceries and place refrigerated, frozen, pantry, and vacation essentials where they belong.
Do you shop for the groceries?
No. Guests place and pay for their grocery order directly with the store. This keeps your grocery choices, substitutions, payment, and receipts between you and the store. Our service is for pickup, delivery, and vacation rental stocking.
Do you stock the refrigerator before guests arrive?
Yes. When property access has been approved, we can stock the refrigerator, freezer, pantry, counters, and other approved areas before check-in. Our goal is for guests to arrive with the home already stocked and ready.
Do you deliver to Airbnb, VRBO, condos, and vacation rentals?
Yes. We provide pre-arrival grocery delivery and stocking for vacation rentals, condos, beach houses, Airbnb stays, VRBO properties, and other approved guest accommodations across the Grand Strand.
Does the host, owner, or property manager need to approve access?
Yes. Property access must be approved before we can enter the rental. During booking, you will provide the host, owner, or property manager information connected to your stay so access can be confirmed.
How early should I place my grocery order?
We recommend scheduling your grocery pickup for around 9:00 AM when possible. This gives our team enough time to pick up, deliver, and stock orders before guest arrival, especially on busy check-in days.
What stores can I order from?
Guests may order from participating grocery stores or retailers that offer pickup in the Grand Strand area. You place the order directly with the store and provide us with the pickup details, order number, and scheduled pickup time.
Can you pick up refrigerated and frozen items?
Yes. We can pick up and stock refrigerated, frozen, pantry, beverage, and vacation essential items. Refrigerated and frozen items are placed in the appropriate areas as soon as access and delivery timing allow.
Do you deliver alcohol, tobacco, CBD, prescriptions, or age-restricted items?
No. Arrive Stocked by Life’s a Breeze does not pick up, deliver, or stock alcohol, tobacco, CBD, prescriptions, or other age-restricted items.
Is my order confirmed as soon as I submit the form?
No. Your service request is not confirmed until it has been reviewed and accepted by Arrive Stocked by Life’s a Breeze. We must confirm the store pickup details, property information, timing, and approved access before the service is officially scheduled.
