Place and pay for your grocery pickup order with your chosen store. We pick it up, bring it to your approved rental, put cold items in the refrigerator/freezer, place dry goods neatly in the kitchen area, and send photo confirmation when complete.
Bringing convenience to your arrival
At Arrive Stocked by Life’s a Breeze, we help make vacation arrival easier by picking up your prepaid grocery order and placing it in your approved rental before you arrive.
Cold items are placed in the refrigerator/freezer, dry goods are placed neatly in the kitchen area, and photo confirmation is sent when the service is complete.
Simple arrival touches, such as welcome notes, birthday setups, balloons, or other approved requests, may also be available when arranged in advance.
You place and pay for the order. We handle the pickup, delivery, and stocking.

How It Works

2. Place Your Order
Place and pay for your grocery or supply order directly with the store.
3. Start Your Arrival Order
Send us your pickup details, rental address, host/access information, arrival time, and any placement notes.
4. Arrive Stocked & Ready
Once approved, we pick up your prepaid order, place cold items in the refrigerator/freezer, set dry goods neatly in the kitchen area, and send photo confirmation.
What We Can Stock
We can pick up and place a variety of pre-ordered, prepaid items, including:
Groceries
Fresh produce, breakfast items, snacks, pantry staples, and simple meal basics.
Drinks
Water, soda, juice, coffee, tea, sports drinks, and other approved non-alcoholic beverages.
Refrigerated & Frozen Items
Milk, eggs, meats, cheeses, frozen meals, ice cream, and other cold items.
Vacation Essentials
Paper goods, sunscreen, baby items, beach snacks, toiletries, and approved household supplies.
Special Arrival Touches
Welcome notes, birthday items, balloons, simple celebration setups, or other approved requests arranged in advance.

We’ll need your order confirmation, pickup details, rental address, check-in time, access information, and any special placement notes.
All requests are subject to availability, timing, property access, and approval.

To make the request quick and easy, please have these details ready:

The grocery store name and pickup address
Your pickup date and time
Your order number
The name and phone number on the grocery order
Your rental address and unit number
Your host or property manager’s contact information
Your expected arrival time
Any access notes or special placement requests
